Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of capitalsolutioncabinets.com (the "Site") operated by Capital Solution Cabinets LLC ("Capital Solution Cabinets," "we," "us," or "our") and your engagement of our cabinet sales and installation services. By using the Site or requesting our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We sell and install residential cabinetry and related products in Hillsborough and Pinellas County, Florida. Information on the Site is general in nature. Specific pricing, scope, materials and schedule for your project are set out in a written estimate or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and prepared in good faith based on an in-home measure and the selections you make. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Changes to scope, materials or site conditions discovered during the work may change the price; we will get your approval before proceeding with any change.
3. Orders, deposits and payment
Cabinets are ordered after you approve the written estimate and pay any deposit stated in it. Because cabinets are ordered to your specifications, deposits for special-order products may be non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer. Final payment is due on completion unless your agreement states otherwise.
4. Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, remove personal items and disconnect appliances as we ask in advance, and let us know about any known hazards. Installation dates depend on product delivery and may be adjusted; we will keep you informed.
5. Warranty
Cabinets and hardware carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from completion against defects in installation. This warranty excludes damage from misuse, moisture, settling, work by others, or normal wear. Except as stated here, services are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
6. SMS messaging program
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form (or otherwise opt in), you agree to receive SMS text messages from Capital Solution Cabinets about your quote, appointments, project updates and customer care, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are part of these Terms.
7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to interfere with its operation. Content on the Site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Solution Cabinets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new effective date.
